Thank you Jim Midkiff

Aug 2, 2017 | News Press

As our latest Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) class graduates, we say farewell to our CAMT Instructor, Jim Midkiff. He leaves us to take a big promotion with his primary employer. Jim’s passion and connection with his students has helped dozens of men and women prepare for bright futures in the apartment industry.
A high-school dropout who started out in apartment maintenance, he has overcome tough personal challenges that could have derailed his life. To help his students avoid similar mistakes, Jim has taught them much more than apartment maintenance. He’s shared life lessons, from the importance of having a solid work ethic to the need to be honest and trustworthy. Jim continues to exemplify how Goodwill seeks to change lives.
Yesterday, at his final CAMT class graduation, we presented him with a plaque as a token of thanks for all his hard work. Thank you, Jim!
