My Goodwill Rewards FAQs

How do I register for My Goodwill Rewards?
  • Customers must register online at https://myrewards.goodwillhouston.org/.
  • There will be QR codes in stores that will take customers to this site when scanned.
  • A GWH Customer mobile app will be released in the future where customers may sign up, as well.
How do I change my My Goodwill Rewards account information?
  • Customers can change their account information online at https://myrewards.goodwillhouston.org/.
  • A GWH Customer mobile app will be released in the future that will give customers access to edit their account information.
What do I do if points were not added to my My Goodwill Rewards account for a purchase I made?
  • Customers can send a copy of the receipt to myrewards@goodwillhouston.org for Member Support to determine the correct action.
  • A GWH Customer mobile app will be released in the future that will allow the customer to scan the receipt barcode to add points to their account without contacting Member Support.
How do I see my purchase history and points usage?
  • All activity related to a customer’s My Goodwill Rewards account will be viewable to that customer by logging in at https://myrewards.goodwillhouston.org/
  • Customers can log in the GWH Customer mobile app (once released).
  • Cashiers can view a customer’s current point balance at the registers.
How will I be notified before my $5.00 reward expires?
  • Customers will receive an email and/or text message 30 days before a reward expires.
Is there any way to get back expired rewards?
  • Typically, no. The customer can contact Member Support at myrewards@goodwillhouston.org to explain unusual circumstances, and each request will be reviewed to determine the correct action to be taken.
What do I do if I think I am missing points?

The customer should contact Member Support at myrewards@goodwillhouston.org with as much detail and supporting information as possible.
