Volunteer With Goodwill, GET A FREE DAY AT DISNEY!
Beginning January 1, 2010, when you sign up and complete volunteer service with a participating organization, which includes Goodwill Industries of Houston, you'll get one day admission to a Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® theme park, FREE!
You must sign up through Disney's website. A Goodwill Houston representative will then contact you and send you our volunteer application. Fill out the application and scan and email it to Volunteer@goodwillhouston.org, or fax it back to us at 713-699-6307. Please indicate on the application the location, date and time you would like to volunteer. Once we receive your application, you will be contacted via email to confirm. This confirmation email from Goodwill Houston serves as your ticket to volunteeer at the store you chose. After we verify that you have volunteered, you will be prompted through Disney on how to receive your pass through the Give a Day, Get a Disney Day program.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Through our volunteer program, we offer fun, hands-on opportunities to get involved and make a meaningful impact in the Houston community. Whether you are an individual interested in getting more involved in the community or a group looking to work together and make a difference, Goodwill Houston has an opportunity for you!

There are over 20 retail locations in and around the Houston area (Store locations), the proceeds from these stores help fund Goodwill’s employment programs. Volunteers are always needed in the production and donation areas of our retail stores. Duties include; receiving and sorting donations, processing and displaying merchandise, and representing Goodwill through customer service.
If you are interested in volunteering at a retail store, please fill out the volunteer application and fax it to 713-699-6307 or email at Volunteer@goodwillhouston.org. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
Court – Ordered Community Service Restitution volunteers can complete their hours at any Goodwill retail store. Please do not fill out a volunteer application. Please contact 713-699-6336 for more information.
