At Goodwill Industries, our mission is to help people in the community know the dignity of work. We help those with employment challenges enter (or re-enter) the workforce. We provide second chance jobs in the Sugarland TX area to nearly 2,000 people in our 64 stores and help many more find jobs.

We provide jobs for the disabled in Sugarland TX, and also help those who have been incarcerated, suffered from long-term unemployment and who are entering the workforce for the first time. We provide job training programs that teach computer skills, resume building and interview tips that will help people find a job that will lead to a career.
