We are currently seeking Human Resources Assistant. The idea candiate for the HR Admin Asst position must have excellent communication skills,able to multi-task and well organized. A background in Human Resources is desirable.

SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department on all personnel matters and other various duties as assigned.

* Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions regarding personnel information and interpretation of company policies and procedures.


* Responsible for maintenance of employee files.


* Administers pre-employment testing; conducts reference checks and verifies employment.


* Maintains the HRIS records and compiles reports from the database as needed.


* Field all calls for the Human Resources department and will transfer call to the appropriate individual.


* Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the Manager of Human Resources.


* Process all new hire paperwork

A High School Diploma/GED with some college hours and 3 years of Human Resources experience.

Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the ideal candidate will direct the overall purchasing function, including administrative responsibilities. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Coordinate all purchase functions for the organization

*Monitor supplies inventory.

*Manage vendor relationships

and maintain contracts.

*Coordinate with operations staff and store managers to ensure the accuracy and timely receipt of equipment and supplies. 

*Maintain accurate purchase records and record transactions into accounting software.

*Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

 

*College degree or equivalent and 5-7 years direct purchasing and/or supply chain experience.

*Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designation a plus, but not required.

*Self-starter able to work efficiently with minimal amount of supervision.

*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

*Experience working with accounting software.  Great Plains software knowledge a plus.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

Team Member II/Cashier

At least 6 months of cashier experience preferred. Applicant must be able to pass cashier exam. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and providing assistance with basic questions about store operations and/or merchandise. Able to function in a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task is required. Other duties include the ability to lift, push or pull 40 lbs.

Assistant Store Manager

At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience preferred. Applicant must be able to pass cashier exam. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays. excellent customer services skills are required along with the ability to independently think when solving customer problems/complaints within company quidelines. Able to function in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task is required. Other duties include, but are not limited to: pricing, selecting and displaying merchandise, opening and closing the store, directing employees and completing sales paperwork. Ability to lift, push or pull 40 lbs.

 

Team Member I/Store Clerk
At least 6 months work experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays. demonstrates professionalism at all times and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude to general public and staff at all times. Help load and unload trucks upon arrival. Receive and record donations from the public. Must be able to ensure that all production quidelines and deadlines are met. other duties include the ability to lift, push or pull 40 lbs.
