Goodwill Industries of Houston has served thousands of people with disabilities and other barriers to employment through the years with our award-winning employment, training, education, and human services programs. We are privileged this year to offer more donation and store locations in more neighborhoods than ever before, increasing the amount of goods that are being re-cycled from family to family and business to business, all while reducing the usage of land-fills.
Goodwill strives to be as self-sufficient as possible, generating 72% of revenues from the sale of donated materials and another 12% through contract fulfillment services and workforce programs. The remaining dollars come from private donations gifted by caring individuals, corporations, foundations, and estate planned gifts. It is important to recognize that Goodwill places
92 cents of every dollar into programs and services, keeping overhead as low as possible.

It is the policy of the organization and our commitment to our donors that Goodwill will not share donor lists with other organizations, and all donor information collected (name, address, phone number, email, business contact information) will remain confidential unless the donor gives permission for the information to be shared outside this organization.
